Progress. I’ve always been skinny, probably because I never forced myself to eat. About six years ago one of my friends convinced me to use my free time to go to the gym. I started on full body conditioning and strengthening, then scaled back to just keeping ‘form’ and then working on proper form for each rep. Along the way, I’ve learned that yea.. “Just Do It” is a great slogan/motto as my workouts have really become part of my ‘lifestyle’ than anything else. My photo journal along with a pretty detailed recount all my workouts of weights, sets, and reps has been pretty amazing too… to be continued
