Makenai-don. “I’m not gonna lose” (don-buri is a kind of dish with usually meat of some kind on top of rice.) This don-buri has ikura (salmon roe), maguro-tataki (chopped maguro (tuna), and shirasu (a kind of very small, clear when fresh, white-bait, steamed).
This is from “Toku–??-maru” famous for the red snapper. I can’t remember the name! Restaurant that has a few other shops in the area.
This is a variety of seafood on sushi-rice. Along with all the other small assortments of food for the ‘set menu’
