Limited Edition. It must be a slow time for ideas for speciality foods. This one above is potato chips, flavored with ‘uni cream’ (sea urchin in a creamy sauce, usually for pasta). I don’t think I’ll be trying that one anytime soon.

Another kind of potato chips, ‘Anchovy butter’ oh dear….

This one is the only one that is half sensible.. ‘ume’ (pickled plum, yes, very sour!)
