Everybody likes patterns. Some people dislike patterns.
This is no different.
This doesn’t make sense, and it’s not supposed to. Some people call it a ‘rut’. Some people call it a ‘habit’.
Some people call it a ‘routine’. Some people like their ‘patterns’, some people don’t… so they do different things during the day / week.
I have to have some patterns, a routine… a rut(? lol)
Every week I have the same schedule. I took a picture of it (above)

On the other hand, finding patterns in daily life about what this ‘challenge’ probably is supposed to be about is much more interesting!
